I cleared my L1 round on 23rd Jun and on the same day I was asked to share the UAN and other documents which I shared on the same day. After that I have received no response from them and also after calling the person who asked me for the documents she said that she is moved to another team and not working anymore on this. Also for the other interviews I am being told that I am already showing as Selected so they can't schedule my interview. What to do in this case?

I have completed 8 months in the current org and my Notice Period is 90 Days.
If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?
