What is your agency’s maternity or paternity leave policy?

Thoughts on this offer.. Currently an M4 in CBO - Healthcare. Up for SM, in good standing but not sure I want to be a career consultant. Want to make sure I’m not selling myself short as I’m expecting a bump at SM due to being low in the band.

163K Base
Minimal Bonus this year 🤬

Offer:
Fortune 500 Sr Director
200K Base
25% Bonus
20-40K in RSUs
All in around 290 if things go well

I am currently seeking a role in Consulting, my experience has been in in the intersection of Healthcare & Social Services in both the Private and NonProfit sector. I have a BA in Forensic Psych, an MPA, an MPhil in Public Policy and currently in the last leg of my PH.D in Public Policy with a specialization in Health Policy.

I would appreciate any advice anyone could give that might be helpful to help get my foot in the door.

Anyone take the job for the travel benefits and then had no travel projects.... can't figure out if I should be annoyed or if it's a blessing in disguise

I couldn't help but feel like this wasn't an appropriate thing to do for both parties. He also revealed that he cheated on his past exes.
