Hi ppl. got mail last week frm google HR that she is the 1st contact point in hiring process. She mentioned to submit brief questionnaire & there they asked to fill 6 available dates like from 1 to 6 wid available date and time. Firstly i just submitted like "from 27dec22 to 15jan23 - 7am to 12pm PST". I got doubts whether they might reject for how i wrote, thn i have submitted 2nd time with 6 days&time each numbered from 1 to 6.
Havent heard back since. Is it ok if i mail her & ask update? HELP

I cleared interviews with Wipro and had a hr discussion. During the resume shortlist itself i clearly told that i am expecting x amount of rupees. But in the hr round they said they can only provide x-8. And that's it the end of discussion. I didn't receive any email and nothing happened. So is that a final no frm their side.

Need some advice. I got an offer from Infy but the doj in the OL is not having the 90day clause. I accptd OL after having telephonic conversation on the doj in which they said that they can change the doj.
After few days,I askd for a conf. over mail with the new doj. they said as expctd doj is in March, they cant confirm over email now but can be talked about in Feb and they can change the doj then. Is it safe to get release frm prsnt comp. On what they said as it is verbal & no written comm

My Last CTC is 6.5
There budget was upto 10 when i asked but feels like they playing me for my desperation to start working.

And I am expecting an offer from a bigger company and the joining's in the month of Feb.
Dnno about the offer ill get just yet.

You think its a good idea to join the micro company for 2 months and then leave to join the bigger one?

If you are on notice period and not doing work properly or on time then what can be the consequence ?
They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
This is only option left to get released from this sh^t place

Fishes, need ur suggestion on my relocation rqst frm BLR to LKO due to medical reasn already verified by the HRBP a year ago. Have 9 YOE, 2 in TCS. Now I have been selected by credit Suisse and the hv been asked to send salary slips and in middle of negotiations. I have been selected as a junior risk reporter. what should I quote as my expected CTC. My current CTC here in consulting is 10LPA with almost 5 yr experience

I recently accepted an offer at MBB as a generalist consultant. I am a CFA and FRM charterholder but I get the feeling that neither one is really seen as an achievement at MBB. Is that feeling correct or have I just not seen any advantages yet? Also I am wondering what advantages would CFA or FRM charters have at PE firms?
