Hi Folks, I have cleared 1st round of interview at Evernorth for FP&A (Finance) - Advisor role. Second round is scheduled day after tomorrow.
I have offer from a small CRO (SDC) of 35 LPA fixed includes PF & Gratuity, for Manager IC role, having 12 years of experience.

What should I ask for if I clear 2nd round, will it be good to join for long term? CCTC is 20 LPA. Please respond, will be very helpful for me.

I am thinking of getting a masters of healthcare informatics, and would love input from people in both industries and any advice you have!
