I have got conditional offer on 29th May, 25 from Lloyds.
DOJ was 7th July, and I have requested HR to extend DOJ to 21st Jul, 25 since my last working day is falling on 18th July, 25. I have been following up with HR regarding the same. Initially recruiter said that, DOJ will get updated as soon as BGV gets completed.
I got an update from Hireright that BGV has been successfully completed and shared the report to Lloyds. But HR is not responding now, any leads please?

Parental leave: do you have to be at a company or firm for a year before being eligible to take parental leave? Are there any companies/firms that don't have this requirement?

I have a partner that calls me multiple times a day to talk about updates on our cases. Sometimes just to ask “anything to update me on?” He’s known across all of the associates for doing this.
