Hi guys, HELP ME. My final interview is next week as an HR Generalist. The location is Region 4A. I have 1 year of experience as an office staff and almost 2 years in Quality Assurance. The problem is, I asked about the salary offer in the initial interview, and they said 18k, but the HR supervisor said she'll request a higher salary from the HR manager. Since I have almost 3 years of experience in a different field. Can I ask what salary range I should expect?

I heard it's 30 days in most of the cases and after completion of probation it's 90 days?

It may be genetics but I admit that I have not been especially kind to them over the years in the way that I apply/ remove makeup (trying to be more gentle now). Have tried retinoids product that are specific to eyelids but that doesn’t seem to help/ just dries them out
