Wife just got EAD & got a job with a animal day care. Hourly rate 9.5 per hour but it's 10-7, mon-fri. Maybe I don't understand how things work here but isn't that full-time? Shouldn't she get more?

Hi fishes, I joined Tavant technologies few months ago. I wanted to know more about appraisal process in this company like when will the appraisal meeting happen, what's the usual rating and hikes one gets there. Also from when will this reflect in payroll.

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.
