Try for other companies as well. Here so many new joiners are in bench. If they ask for projects ans is client needs some experience developers. Even if you complete recognized certification as proof of your knowledge.
If you are on bench for 2 months they would terminate even if you are a fresher new policy is in effect telling from my experience.
Don't join they would ruin your career telling from experience try other companies in 1 year you would find something good situation is terrible and job security is not there.
If you think you can't make end to end full stack project or Fully equipped with data science skills or AI/ML or testing then i would suggest to do a course to first Fully understand domain you like here they expect fresher to know everything by his own they would not train you in something good and mostly give you support project. So please don't take much pressure that you didn't join try to network on LinkedIn and apply on Naukri you have 2 years left try to do some certification to justify gap if you come to industry they would take most of your time and you would be clueless so try to spend your time on yourself i did the mistake of joining the wrong company now they literally ruined my career. Being unemployed is better than joining a wrong company just have confidence in yourself.
As a fresher, your first priority should be to secure a job. If you have other offers, you can consider skipping this one. For experienced professionals, I usually advise against joining this company. However, if you don’t have any offers right now, it’s better to join. Even if they let you go later, you’ll still have an experience letter, and the 'fresher' tag will be removed, which helps in future job searches. From what I’ve seen, they usually keep freshers for around a year even without assigning a project.
