Hi guys

I’m done with two rounds of interviews for Pune fiserv
They’re giving me decent hike

I see a lot of negative comments here which is not letting me to join
What exactly is the case here?
Are they micromanaging a lot??
What about leave policy?
On-site opportunities?
Benefits other if any???

Currently where I’m working now it’s fine, it’s just I have to increase my salary
But I’m at peace in my org but I’m getting a good hike here, is it worth to join?

Don't even think of joining unless , you can wfo all 5 days 8 hrs. Violation of this policy , you will be in hit list and first to exit.

Apart from drinking water n restroom facilities, don't expect anything else. No outings , very rare team lunches.

Cons: 9 hour working mandate. Still you need to login from home and work almost everyday. They consider this as normal

Why is the left acting so insecure? If your candidate is ahead in every poll, why the need to constantly keep mentioning it and berating supporters of the opposition in the same hypocritical approach you accuse them of? Act like you have the lead, right? All I’m seeing right now is just insecurity and fear masked as bullying. Lefties high-fiving each other on the latest anti-Trump meme and hit piece. I think some people just are addicted to TDS. It’s so funny and sad at the same watching this.

Hi friends,

I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

General corporate in NY looking to lateral into tech transactions at one of the EC/VC firms. I’ve heard that I may get a class cut if I make the move but I’m ok with that. My worry is that EC/VC firms are crazy busy work differently from general corp, I also won’t have control over my hours, and potentially worse based on how billing differs (block billing on a few clients vs having to work with 15 or more startups). Is the same true for tech trans or IP group?

Infosys I have applied for Canada PR . So one day or another i have to leave Accenture when i will move to Canada. Currently, i am having offer from TCS ... Want to join TCS only in hope that they can transfer me to Canada if i have PR. Accenture holds very less possibility for this.
