Currently working at T2 in Toronto, actually consultant level (FB not updated). Working about 9-11pm M-T and 9-6pm F, limited weekend work (DDs, otherwise 10% of weekends) for me. Mixed bag of P/P, some quite toxic, others are more relaxed. Constant travel outside of US (non-covid).

This is a long shot - but I’m soon about to start a UX/UI program (6 months long). I’m hoping that I can incorporate my program manager experience with a UX/UI background to open doors for more opportunities.

What does it mean when your boss/CD doesn’t care about the work you do anymore ? They just lets you handle it and work w the clients and has been really off? They’re either too involved but then step away. Skips meetings on projects or team meetings you’re on or doesn’t show up w out notice. Calls out sick. But they’re calendar is booked. Are they quitting or am I getting the boot? I can’t figure it out. The energies and vibes are so off and it’s making me antsy. 😬

Question about tenants.. I have this inherited tenant who I am 90% sure are involved in some type of drugs scheme. The parents recently passed and they called each other “fiancée” and the adult daughter and her “fiancée” want to rent on their own. Long story short I’ve gotten them out of the house but then I was talking to a cousin of the estate and when I said fiancée and who was trying to live there he kind of chuckled and said I’m not even going to go there… Is fiancée code for something ??
