Want to join TCS only in hope that they can transfer me to Canada if i have PR. Accenture holds very less possibility for this. Based on this hope only should i join TCS or or go for another higher offer if I get.... Just resigned today. And yesterday I got an acceptance mail from them and mentioned that they will hold my salary till my exit.
Is it fair for them to do so,?
This was never mentioned anywhere nor written in an offer letter.
Should I talk with higher mgmt.
