Role looks great but on internet there are horror stories about Workculture , micromanagement , stress and burnout in AWS. Need some inputs on how is the ESM role , growth opportunities , politics and work culture in this team .

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months
