Hi, i have 2 offers:
Black rock: 33 fixed+ 3.78 variable, 4 days strict office+ day hybrid, legacy technology

Optum 28 fixed+ 5.4 variable+2 lac joining bonus, 10 days office in a month, modern tech

Note: Black rock has given me joining date in the mid of Aug, while they working on BGV. I will not have any job in between. Thats the risk i have to take.

Are you overpriced for Optum today? If yes they will surely try to normalise you in the future.

Is optum a better brand than Blackrock? This is to increase your future value.

Can you work on legacy tech or do you need modern tech? If this is non-negotiable then you have made the choice.
