Any ideas how EY comp compares to Deloitte?

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. How much rent should I be paying?

Finding a house-share with enough working space for wfh seems expensive since I first moved to London 4 years ago - £900+ pcm and still competing for the room! Is it worth just trying to rent solo a little further out for ~£1,300pcm? Big issue is I’m only earning ~£45k with 4yoe.

Anyone who has started up a side hustle whilst working in consulting - is it generally a good idea to let your employer know or will they make your life difficult/try to push you out if they know?
