I am working as Lead hand (managing 6 people) in Current work making 50k a year in Canada
I have Finished Six sigma Green belt & after adding that on Resume along with 5 years of Warehouse experience, i got few interviews & was offered around 60k a year
Currently i am about to give CSCP (Certifed supply chain professional) exam.
What Base salary should i expect after getting Certified & 5 years of exp in Warehouse/operations/Management role?

Completed CSCP and PMP.

Prior to this, I have 10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics in India across companies like DHL , Reliance Jio, Amazon India ,etc.

I have 5 YOE as warehouse operation supervisor. looking to complete a CSCP certification. I want to take my career to the next stage in leadership any suggestions as to how to do that?

Technology (ERP) consultant looking to make the switch to a supply chain transformation/tech strategy role. Any suggestions on how to make that transition? I have a CSCP credential and am starting an MS in supply chain soon.

I’m in ERP consulting at the moment, focused on manufacturing & supply chain. If I want to eventually transition into more of a tech strategy role, would a CSCP be worth having in my belt?

Would doing a Graduate Certificate + CSCP certification be a good substitute for doing a full MS or MBA (without having to take GRE/GMAT)?

Does it help in any way besides refreshing contents about supply chain? I was thinking might be a good way to strengthen my resume (most of my career in investment analysis) but not really sure if it really brings that much value. Is CSCP worth it? 2 years out of school and know i want to be/stay in the supply chain field but torn between prioritizing that or GMAT right now. Feels like id be way more motivated in studying for this over GMAT rn too
