Hi, i have been offered SDE2A from BA Continuum Mumbai location. I have some doubts and would really appreciate if someone can help.

1. are there any stock investment restrictions for SDEs, if yes are there restriction for family members?

2. what are the work timings? can I go to the office and leave early maybe by 5:30 and continue from home?

3. how is the work life balance overall? is it dev or more of support job?

4. Do deployments happen late night? Is there work on weekends?

I just accepted an offer in writing. The new job will start the background check next which I’ve been told it may take a while to complete. My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice. I don’t anticipate any hiccups in the background check but is it wise to wait until the background check is complete before turning in my notice?

I have an MBA from London and currently working as strategic consultant. CCTC is 35 LPA fixed.
What is the salary range I can expect to ask on the current role. What normally is included in the CTC of Amazon.

Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
