Hi, I need help with the following two offers:

1. Sr Prod Associate at JPMC (CCB)
2. Consultant Product Analyst at HCA healthcare

Location: Hyderabad
CTC: 35-40 LPA

Both have 5 days WFO

I have a background in the lending sector

My concerns:
1. HCA is fairly new in India with its GCC opening in 2025
2. Constant Lay-off and RIF at JPMC

Want to understand from anyone who has worked in either firm how serious are my concerns and how do you analyse both this offers

I too had offer form HCA but planning not to join because of location constraint. But I feel it will give you growth and learning.
JPMC doesn't layoff frequently as far as I know.

What's your current CTC

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Btw, I have been interviewed for 6 rounds in Citrix and waiting to hear from them.
