From what I've heard if you have at least a few years of experience, it seems >4 years, then finding a job without speaking Dutch can be relatively easy. A big determinant is what industry you're in. The bigger tech companies, and IT jobs, are very much English-using. Ones that deal with B2B interactions tend to ask for fluent Dutch, but again that becomes less so with more senior positions.
Of course I'm only a recent graduate so I'm not speaking from experience, just what I've heard and seen when looking for jobs myself.
