We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?
If so please send your CV to Jsimotics@digobrands.com.

if you're a qt 3.14 you have nothing to worry about
Well played D1, well played
92% utilization - 3 firm initiatives with 125 hours and good snapshots ... only problem is the project snapshot could be a 4,4 ,3
Come on now, everyone gets the "welcome to the firm 3" their first year.
OP- I think that you will be fine. I got a 3 my first year. I think that all that matters is you not losing your job. I know someone who got a 4 her first year bc she did not meet her utilization and she is still here. At this point, it is out of your hands (unless you want to politic) so let the chips fall where they may. Focus on prepping your counselor aka make it as easy as possible to present about you. Godspeed!
Don't worry, most first years get a 3 unless you really messed something up.
If it's a good snapshot won't be a 4
I meant firm initiative snapshots were good ... project snapshots could be a 4 ... got pulled on to a high burn project
🙋🏾🙋🏾🙋🏾🙋🏾 questionquestion If I joined in Jan, does this still count as the end of year 1 for me?
@SC1 nope
@SC1- everyone before march gets evaluated
OP - you're probably a 3 in any case, but it's not out of your hands totally. Work on the story with your counselor (can often explain away lower ratings or at least compensate with the story)
@D8 - I was actually not staffed by YE given we have 2-3 weeks of trainjbg. My story was around if I have started networking, and reaching out for firm initiatives. .. guess doesn't matter either ways though as u are a sure 3
And yes, did get a raise :) ... I believe it was prorated.. for to 4/52 weeks.. so very miniscule
SC1- no, don't think so
@sc1 - Yes, it does. You will get welcome 3..
I joined in Feb some years back and still went through March reviews
I think that they specifically hired me on March 30th last year so that I would not be part of it
Well hot damn. Thanks yall
@M1 - did you get a raise that year? And what do you do to present your case if your RM was incompetent enough to not get you assigned in your first 4 weeks and then the year-end happened?
