I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Walking away from offers (and interviews) is how I tripled my salary in 2 months of looking. You just have to stay confident that you’ll find something and keep at it. The best scenario is having two (or 3) competing offers where you can negotiate hard. They increased my offer by $40k after negotiation. It was SO worth it!!! Takes practice though, my first job negotiation they didn’t budge $1. Second job they increased by like ~$5k and threw in some benefits. Then this third job was a slam dunk. I had a competing offer that I would’ve been as happy taking, so I lied and said that offer was wayyyy more than it was. They matched it. I would definitely use this technique again if you’re willing to walk away from the original company.
woe?
What on earth, first time hearing WOE (Work Experience)... YOE (Years of Experience) on the other hand is what I'm used to...

Acronyms they're a doozy.
I’ve tried negotiating but I think I’m not comfortable enough to walk away from lower offers yet so I end up accepting them. The only time I did walk away from an offer was when salary was discussed at an undisclosed rate and the offer came back at $10k less than expected.
