So the work mode is hybrid but you have to report to ofc 4 days a week, but it is flexible hours as you need have an overlap with us hours, and employee benefits more or less as other IT companies

Bgv is handled by first advantage..they are asking for max last 10 years experience details.
Regarding interview it depends on the team who is hiring you, as per my experience they are just checking if you have experience working in enterprise projects and the lesser the experience the more deeper level hands on questions were asked, for avp role they are stressing more on the approach you take a problem and how you react to it along with basic design as expected..hope this helps
