Hi Sanofians

I have joined Sanofi in November ,and aligned to Global Hub . I moved to Hyderabad, and hold around 2 years of experience from one of the big 4s . It have been 3 mon . I have been doing only trainings and learnings for the tools they work on and shadowing the team in some projects .However I have not been aligned to live projects yet . Since I came from a client facing firm i find it hard to accept that there is no work for me as of now .I am afraid if I would be laid off?

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄
