I am working as a Data entry from 5 years due to lack of opportunities i decided to change my career in sap fico then I done course sap fico with certificate so now I am looking for job as a intership or sap Fico fresher full time job but I am not getting way and no response from recruiter which applied jobs can anyone help me with the same.

Employment-at-will. Is that the norm in a consulting contract (I’m moving from Europe)? Can I / should I negotiate the notice period on their side or eventually the size of an eventual lay-off?

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

I'm so confused cause there is no connection between HR people there, Everytime new one will call for something but when we ask or call any queries they will not reply at all.
