Grateful for mental health, and for green card, but considering leaving for an MS or MBA to get back into a more prestigious firm, also mental health break.

I have 6 years 10 months of experience in designing HA IT Infrastructue, load balancing, network principles, DR resiliency. Knowledgeable in shell scripts and automation too. Fast learner. Certified in AWS SAA. Please help me with job openings in product based companies and the expected CTC for my experience? Would be really appreciated.

Tips on studying for the CFE?

Came to consulting because I thought it was where the moneys at. Seems like if you’re at B4 and non MBA the pay is at or below average an industry job of same level. Is it worth sticking around to try and climb the ranks, or just leave now and climb in the industry job?

I have a union position as a therapist. My management kept telling me "we're working on it" when I asked about a raise since getting my LPC. Our union contract does not renew until 7/1 of next year. I brought this to my supervisors attention and now the director emails me to say basically "yes, we are working on a raise but nothing can happen until 7/1/2022". Has anyone else had this experience? Of management being vague and just stringing people along?

The problem with diversity is they focus on a quota rather than changing the culture of marginalized groups in the office. So often people speak over me, take credit for my ideas... and it's accepted.

Hey guys, I am applying for Analytics jobs through Hirist, but am getting rejected in all the applications. I have a 3+ years of Experience in Enterprise Data Analytics, and my Notice Period is 90 days. Any idea as to why am I getting straight rejections? Is it because of 90 days Notice Period?
