How do the M7 compare in terms of COL?

I’m curious to hear which insurance company has the best work life balance for a senior commercial or middle market underwriting role. I currently only handle new business, which I love, but see that other companies like liberty make you handle new business and renewals. Any insight is appreciated.

Looking into credit card, most likely between emirates nbd Bonvoy card or the Emirates offering. Anything better out there? What has been your experience. My understanding is you can convert the emirates points to Bonvoy? Not sure if the same works Bonvoy —> emirates.

Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. Would MBA be any good for me especially looking at strategy side?
