Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy
McKinsey & Company Does level and/or office matter for referrals at McKinsey & Company? A friend is willing to refer at the Associate level in my target office though I did not get any traction w/ the referral last year. I'm a Veteran so I also recognize there may be a resume translation issue despite the prior version getting me interviews with BCG and Bain. I have updated the resume since - though still wondering if there's anything else I can do to strengthen my case. Thank you in advance for any advice.

I have also created a material tracking - what’s being used on construction sites and what needs to be ordered - pricing.
I also coordinate with our internal departments to get authorization to work on these sites. Work with our warehouse staff to ensure material quality and quantity.
If you were having someone do all of this what would you value them at in terms of salary?
Benefits are lack luster so don’t take that into consideration
Where in the U.S are you located and do you have a CM, AA or engineering degree ?
I’m in a completely different area ( Seattle Area ) I’ve seen that project coordinators jobs here are pretty relaxed for construction. They work about -40hrs in salary but in my opinion it looks like you do a lot more than what I’ve seen coordinators do here so I would say you’re job is pretty similar to a field engineer. Also, looks like it requires a lot of time outside of the 40hrs to complete all of those tasks so based on my area I think a fair salary should be somewhere between 80k-110k. (Kind of a big margin but it all dependes on the value you bring to the company ie: consistency, processes and admin that you set into place, do you have any subordinates working under you, etc) that’s just my opinion btw I’m somewhat new to the industry as well.
