Q3 technologies - 17 lpa (15. Is fixed)
TCS - 15 lpa including variable.
Horizontal integration - 16 fixed.
YOE - 4 yrs.
CCTC - 11 lpa including variable

Which one should I choose ?

Hi Guys, I have 4.5 yrs of Automation experience. I have exp in Selenium, Java, katalon, protractor and cucumber. I also have a master's in software engineer from California and worked in US for 2.5yrs. I relocated to India couple years ago but I haven't been able to achieve the salary slab that I would like for my exp. Current CTC is 9lpa.

We have sales people in Canada and the US, the Canadians make 150K CAD and down here it’s 150K USD, the Canadians argue they should be making 30% more than the US colleagues to be equal bc of the exchange! I explain the salary is dependent on the market data for them in Canada, WHERE THEY LIVE, and you can’t compare it to the US employees and the market data down here. Have you had to change your start date after accepting an offer and how did it go? I told them I need to give 30 day notice and so I set my start date (incorrectly) assuming the background check and drug screen would take a few days to clear. However, the drug screen is now taking over a week and a half (still not finished, maybe tomorrow). Apparently things are much slower due to staffing issues and labs are backed up. It’s cutting into my 30 day notice significantly. Thoughts?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
