Regarding company core work - Go with the flow unless you have the ability to shine through your ‘good work’. There are things apart from core job duties generally listed or expected - learn new things, do certifications on new frameworks and technologies, since you are in strategy.. socialize and go to conferences if any are happening.. being up to date on current industry trends and networking with fellow industry mates will help you in long run.

I feel this too a lot, it’s hard to really have motivation but somehow I keep pushing through
I just keep doing my best work and giving it my all. It’s really hard, especially when you need something from someone else to finish your tasks. But I still do my best and try to encourage my teammates to do the same.
