I guess i'd look at time differently. You're spending a lot of time browsing to find something online that you're not sure will work and then might have to deal with returns. A quick trip to a department store with a good sale and someone to measure you could solve it in a shorter time. A good bra purchases imo is one you need to be in store to try on.
Go to Nordstrom or a similar department store and get fitted. The salesperson will bring you several brands and sizes to see what works best.
At a fitting a few years ago the salesperson brought me a Wacoal bra and I haven’t worn another brand since. These are pricey, but are sometimes offered during the Nordstrom anniversary sale in mid-July.
If you haven’t already, check out the “A bra that fits” forum on Reddit
Victoria's secret is somewhat notorious for their sizing being off (doesn't compare well to other brands), but other standard brands should have pretty consistent sizing if you measure yourself with a soft tape measure. But yes going in for a proper fitting is the best way to quickly get several brands and styles that fit properly
