How long does BlackRock Background screening team take to review the sterling report and complete the process?

My background check has been going on for 4+ weeks now and it's almost 3 weeks since the report came from sterling..

Any idea how long will the BlackRock team take to clear the check and confirm the joining date?

What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on?
