Is it weird to interview with the CEO before the team?

For a product designer position I already completed:

1.) the first round with HR
2.) The design practice submitted

Now I have a scheduled interview with the CEO.

This company seems to have about 50-100 employees.

Do you think this is the final interview? Is this a red flag? I would imagine there would be an interview with the team before CEO.

I have been working in the field for 4 years and while I love the field—I am tired of it. So I just recently got laid off and I want to know how to get into SAAS? Should I take a SDR/BDR role or could I cut it as an AE? 4 years in a closing role, no SAAS experience, but I do understand how close sales and work a pipeline. Also, would certs. Help me get into a AE SAAS role more easily?

I have 5+ years of experience in life science (bench top, pathology in a hospital, startup, and most recently clinical research).
