My 401k is split between 3 funds - large cap growth, large company index, and total stock market index. 26 yo. Do I need to diversify or is this okay for now ?

I’m taking a few calls for new opps at a couple different firms and wanted to get a pulse on feelings from folks who actually work there to help me narrow it down. Agencies are: Weber Shandwick, Ruder Finn, FleishmanHillard and a smaller boutique called LifeSci Communications. From The sounds of other threads on here, I’m nervous about WS. Looking for a read on Work/Life balance, how well staffed they are, avg pay range (VP level), PTO/holidays/benefits, etc. So, how do you like working there?

In between of choosing my benefits and not sure if I should just opt for an HSA instead? Thankfully I am relatively healthy and just go to the docs + dentist for yearly check ups. I don’t want to waste $$ from my paycheck more than I need to; thoughts?

What partner retirement packages do big 4 offer? Do partners typically get an annual compensation for life after retirement or do they just get a retirement pension (fixed sum) that they can withdraw from after retirement?

Struggling with a decision. Just started a new role with good manager and WLB within healthcare technology. But another large tech firm/cloud/software reached out and willing to pay 20% more. Not sure what the WLF is for this other role. Should I take the better paying role?

Recent college grad having a lot of trouble understanding if I should max my traditional or Roth IRA this year. I make 100k salary and made 60k from short term capital gains last year, but maxed my 401k. Does this mean I made too much to use a Roth this year?
