How much time does it take between HR discussion and salary negotiations discussion? I submitted all my documents but have not got a call for offer discussion for over a week now.

I am UI/UX Designer & Developer having 10+ Years of experience. Still seems like I am way behind in my career to hit the 6 figure salary.. what should I do?

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?

If I reject Accenture Technology offer, will I be able to appear for Accenture Strategy interview later on? I have an MBA.

In Accenture offer Letter, I didn't get the pay structure, instead HR told me that it can be planned by employee only on the first day of joining. How does it works? I got level 8 .

Hey Guys, I have applied to Accenture through their Accenture India portal and it's still showing pending review and my interview hasn't been scheduled yet. as I checked found out that pending review means the Application has been passed from HR to the operations team what should I do now as it's been more than 4 weeks and I haven't received any response from them and there is no way to contact them.i am getting a little frustrated about this
