Has anyone successfully renegotiated their salary after many years with a company? I’m over 7 years tenure and have taken a new role within the org. I know what my newly hired peers in the same role are making and I’m going to need close to a 50% increase to reach the same salary. I really love my company and want to stay. I have a presentation ready and a meeting with my director this week but was hoping to hear some success stories that this is possible without switching companies.
