Have an offer leaving D as a 3rd year SC - Director at insurance company, $180 base + 15% bonus + $85k signing (includes relocation). Solid package or should I go back for more?
Leaving MBB after 2 yoe post MBA - director level in healthcare/pharma, 235k base + 50k annual bonus + signing bonus and stock
My most recent director told me that my time is being charged as Sr Consultant, so that’s the expectation for my performance. My title is associate, so two levels below a senior consultant. My last two appraisals have been scored against senior consultant roles, which my company has used to justify why I’m not eligible for a salary increase or promotion to consultant. Is this normal?
$220K base, 30% bonus target and eligible for stock up to $30k annually. Would like to hear if this sounds like a competitive offer for Director role in Corp Strategy in Philly.
Offer Evaluation for Director of BizDev/Strategy role - Got 270K base, 30% bonus, 90k annual equity refresher and 180K sign on bonus. MCOL location. Is this a good offer? Have 14+ yrs of experience, 10 yrs post MBA across strategy consulting, private equity ops roles.
Trying to decide b/t two offers, currently an Mgr w/ M7 MBA. Both are traditional multinationals, but diff sizes. Any help appreciated! 1) Director title, low brand recognition, smaller company (low multi-billion $ rev) no hope for stock. 185k base, 20% bonus, but heard no bonuses or salary bumps this year. 2) Senior Manager title (so one step below 1st offer), much larger company ($50B+), potential for stock at Director level, $175k salary, 10% bonus, but company is doing well despite COVID
What’s the best level to leave the Big4? SC/SA , Manager, Director? And when I say best, in regards to finding equal or better comp and title in industry. Not trying to have it be a loaded question, but would like to hear anecdotes.
Has anyone successfully renegotiated their salary after many years with a company? I’m over 7 years tenure and have taken a new role within the org. I know what my newly hired peers in the same role are making and I’m going to need close to a 50% increase to reach the same salary. I really love my company and want to stay. I have a presentation ready and a meeting with my director this week but was hoping to hear some success stories that this is possible without switching companies.
How would you rate this comp package: non-FAANG, Sr Mgr, Strategy & Ops, 10 yrs exp, $190K base + 20% bonus + $40K RSU vested over 4 yrs (so $10K/yr)? And what do you think would be good next level comp package at the Director level?
26 years old. Making 150k currently. Have an exit offer to be a director (medium enterprise organization) for 180k and 20%+ bonus. Is it time for me to say good riddance or wait for something better?
Got an offer from a FAANG tech co, in customer success (executive level) primarily focused on local strategic accounts (limited travel) 15% increase in base from here, over 500K equity over 4 years, no sign on bonus Good position here so far, year 3 director, full support from Partners to be pushed into partnership direction next year. Should I consider or not?
Feeling confused: I interviewed for a position at a large well-know firm, 6 rounds of interviews (Final with Director), then they called to negotiate salary and said they would like to make me an offer, 2 weeks of silence, now I get an email saying they want me to do an additional interview with an associate consultant at the company.... are they buying time? What’s going on? I’ve already talked to the director

I accepted a position in-house and the official title is Art Director (even though salary and responsibilities are the ones of a Sr. Art Director). Should I ask this company to keep my previous title?
Applied to a new job, went through 10 interviews over a few months, negotiated salary, then received a verbal offer, and accepted. Recruiter said it would take up to 2 weeks to email me the written offer (had to go through approvals, HR, legal). It’s been 2.5 weeks now and no word. Reached out to recruiter to check on progress yesterday morning and no response. Now what? Should I reach out to director from final interview? To recruiter again? Please help, feeling so crumby 😭 😔

Revenue last fiscal year was $55mm. PE invested in them earlier this year. Pay is based on experience and all in is $100-200k. I currently make $150 base with bonus ranking from $17-45k I’ve created a list of questions but I’m curious to know what questions you would ask over dinner?
What to expect for a corporate strategy director comp in the Bay Area? 10+ YoE. I have been having some preliminary recruiter interviews and numbers seem low (200-225 base). Is that what to expect?
I’m struggling and need advice. I’ve been in a senior role at my company for 3+ years, doing the job of a Director / VP without the title and comp. My execs dangle the promo carrot with insane goals but when I (over)deliver, I’m told I need to do more to earn the promo. It’s clear they won’t acknowledge my value and are content to take full advantage of my IP. I’m exhausted, emotionally raw, burnt out and want to quit—but as the sole breadwinner, I’m terrified of the job market. What do I do?
Senior director - 420K TC. 10 YOE. Is this high or low? Looking for my next move up in terms of comp. VP at small cap? Lateral move to another large cap+negotiation? Life sciences arms of Tech?

How are Middle East 🐟 managing their travel in corona days ?! Any of you got affected or banned from boarding a plane or entering a client country ?!
Looking for advice on how to get off a client engagement. I’m on a big audit client that’s year round - notorious for burning good employees out. The managers on the job are difficult to work with and won’t spend the time to actually coach people. I’ve been working crazy hours trying to get everything done they ask of me while still making sure to coach and assist other staff/seniors but it’s been too much for me to handle. I’ve gotten good reviews thus far but want to ask to come off the job.
Just got laid off but am holding onto God’s promise. Instead of wallowing and being bitter, I know I can trust Him to be faithful! God always has a plan and is always right on time. ✨

I feel like the firm doesn’t value me (rated above avg. but not too), not earning as much as classmates now in other firms that are doing ok, and my mentor leaders want to pull me deeper into the work they do... do I just go with it, do I switch firms, do I try something different?
