I work at a mid tier firm in an audit group of ~20 people. We’ve recently had two seniors and a manager leave, and I just found out another senior with a ton of big jobs is leaving in three weeks. I heard that the cool off period is six months. Does that apply to my situation because I didn't attend any interview.
