TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

All back to work in office
They want everyone in the office.
Right now it’s 3 days.
We have 1 anchor day a week where we must attend the office if working that day. If you are off rota that day there’s an alternative day provided.
Other teams have 2 anchor days, but our dept is fixed on one :)
100% in office no flexibility.
Same here. Managers have flexibility, but my role does not.
That is the same for us. It is really sad. We are in the office two days a week and they really want us in the office every day. Its not even necessary though and I think it will cause people to leave.
We are hybrid at 3 days in office and 2 days remote but I feel like it's only a matter of time before we fully return to office. I have also noticed almost all job listings going back to onsite vs a year ago when many were hybrid and remote.
My team does two in/three out, and that's much more than most of the firm; IT within the firm used some major leverage to get that deal. Our CEO has very publicly said everyone should be in the office full time.
