Hi, been stuck in the contract analysis/review cycle. I have asked a few recruiters how to make a lateral move into in-house. They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. Considering a move, help! I teach k-12 vocal music at a school where I have/had a vision to improve the culture of singing (very sports focused small school) to build a choir program, which will take several years (2 years done). Been working diligently with my elem. music classes to create a climate where students are comfortable/willing to sing. I'm estimating 3 years to see middle school students buy in, and 5-6 years before my high school program sees any fruit of that labor. Stay? Move on?
