HR has sent UAN consent form. After this how many days will it take to join the company.

I am a mid level and have received an offer from a regional big law firm in a non-market paying location. I believe the firm would be a great fit and the location is where I want to be. The biggest issue is money. I’d be lateraling from full cravath in a major market and the initial offer I received is a bit off that (read: 50% salary reduction). While the market is cheaper in some respects, housing is not. How far can I expect this firm to go to in terms of compensation? Any negotiation tips?

Interviewing for an L6 TPM role at Amazon and have received a request to submit a writing assignment (post phone screen) that is due before the interview loop.

Would it be a problem if I write about the same scenario from my phone screen, with more specificity? I have a great example on the innovation option, but HM already touched on this topic. I think the intent is to just gauge my writing style, but don’t want to assume.

The employee moved with the company to the US 7 years ago and was never provided with an updated agreement. I don't have any work to do in my current company. Poore din sota hu no calls. Get work once a week or two weeks.
Worried about my career, no motivation at all not learning anything new here.
Is it a good idea to switch company?
Or should I change my technology?

Current company mein 10 months hue hai and previous company 6 months baad hi chhod di thi because of the same reason mentioned above.
