I was working as a Contractor with HPE, and now after a year my parent Company is terminating the deal with HPE because of price negotiations. HPE is asking if we want to remain with HPE, we can change our Parent Company to a different vendor who also supplies HPE with resources. According to HPE for now hiring is freeze, but as soon as it resumes they will us on HPE's payroll.

My Current Parent company is Service based MNC

and new Vendor company is small.

How long does it take in tcs to complete the bgv? When can i know whether it is completed successfully or not?

Hi folks, i have recently joined tcs and now i had received a RnD kind of story and i have prepared the demo and also given the code to client as it was split between me and one client side developer. My family and I have been looking to move to an island. My spouse works remote and can relocate at any time. My firm has an office on said island, but they don’t pay me enough to live there. I would have to ask for a raise and to be relocated. I love my firm and the Partners that I work for, but I’m thinking of applying to other places that offer a more livable salary for the location. Would you just talk to the Partners at your current firm or look elsewhere?

Yoga folks! I used to do yoga and exercise frequently. Things happened, getting back on the wagon. Need help assess an offer from #PwC. Director of M&A IT (DDV - Deliver Deal Value). The offer has base salary (based on cohort - Tier 3 Home City) and sign-up bonus, but does not have the annual bonus structure for Director level at #PwC. HR lady said that they will give you that when you start. I would like that now (written format). She told me verbally the percentages but I do not recall them. Anyone from #PwC has that info in a PDF document?

What do when you’ve already accepted a job offer but then received a better offer? Does it look bad on you to decline the first offer?

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. I feel like it gave the impression that I don’t know what I’m doing. Any suggestion how I can recover from this?

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
