BIA Briefs: I’m an associate at an immigration law firm. I determined that immigration isn’t for me So I gave the managing partner my 2 weeks. He wants me to wrap up some BIA briefs before I leave however I’m reviewing the record for a lot these and I’m seeing that a lot of the arguments for Asylum, Withhold, and CAT are incomplete. How I’m going to argue that the IC abused its discretion or misapplied the law when we made a facially insufficient argument for relief?

I heard Deloitte won't apply Green Card till 2 years after joining. I'm 3 years from H1b max out. 2 years is too late for me. Any possibility to get an earlier start during offer negotiation?

I am working at a package of 12 LPA in India, and I think switching is the best option rather than going to US. Need your opinion please

TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)

I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. I get a different reason everytime (after going through the whole process). This has never happened earlier in life and now I don't know what else to do. Starting a new job as an immigration attorney with 4 years of experience at nonprofits doing USCIS filings under my belt but I’m making $75k at a firm with 3 partners, another associate, and about a dozen support staff. I can’t tell if I’m being paid enough but they are covering my health insurance premium, bar dues, CLEs, and AILA dues. Am I being paranoid?

I am an senior associate at a small (8-10 attorneys) immigration firm in NYC. My base is 110k and I get 30% for the cases and clients I bring in. My revenue was 370k last year and I did 250k till April this year.

My issue is, I have so much firm's work that I have hard time to work on my cases/clients. It feels like my cases are supposed to be done after hours (like after 6 pm). My work hours are crazy. I feel this is unfair and since my firm's taking 70% of my sales. Should I ask for a raise?
