Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. Any companies considering inflation raises or have already committed to increasing annual merit to match inflation? If so, willing to share % raise?

I was once an underpaid clinical fellow and looking back, I wish I had more detailed information on compensation and salary. ASHA’s national survey and averages were minimally helpful when local rates across settings can vary so much.

Hi.. I have received an offer from a consultancy stating for 3 months i will be on their payrol as infosys as client and after 3 months i will be moved to Infosys payrol with permanent wfh. I have other offers with wipro amd capgmni both with same package. Please help me if i can trust the consultancy and go for infosys option
