Not sure of category. Location wise: Marriott Copley or Long Wharf have a lot of things within walking distance.

Liberty

I second this. Liberty is quite a nice hotel, but it’s location is kinda awk

Westin Copley. Located right in the prudential shopping. Walking distance to plenty of good restaurants on Newbury street and Charles river. Request for a river view room.

Envoy in Seaport!

like

Residence Inn constitution wharf is nice view of water, across from TD Garden and walking distance to north end restaurants.

Stayed at a new Moxy near Park St on the green line, believe cat5, was ok but nothing special, good location. Anything in Copley is excellent location wise, there is a Marriott and Westin there I believe

The Envoy is ok, the rooftop bar is good though maybe not this time of year. It’s a 7 but the Customs House used to be awesome, think it’s MVC now. Long Wharf/Copley are ok but as P1 said it’s central for sightseeing. Cambridge Le Meridien is ok and close to good bars restaurants

W is well located and you get free breakfast because SPG

Copley for location, Liberty for coolness.

Best everyday bank account and credit card in Australia for an expat couple?

I‘m moving to Australia with my partner and we don’t have a bank account and credit cards yet. We basically need the bank account only for everyday finance stuff (local payments, debit card, etc) and we‘re looking for some credit cards with good international fees and ideally a reward program to collect some points for traveling.
