So....has anyone started at a start-up in your first management role? They have $100M+ in series a funding and they sound legit, but I’m nervous.

I’d essentially have someone running the group WITH me as we grow, but he doesn’t have that much more experience than I do.

My boss has actually told me if I found what sounded like a good opportunity...and then I found out it was desirable than I originally thought, could come back, but that would be more than awkward. Thoughts?

I have an offer from Capgemini engineering. The Joining bonus payout, i believe, is done at the end of first month. Is the tax on JB deducted straight away during the payout, or is it deducted at the end of the Financial year?

Also, for Capgemini engineering the ID cards and payslip will be from Capgemini or Altran or Aricent?

Epf i am sure i need to give yes. But what do i need to give for Eps? I am aware that wipro contributed 8.33% of pf to eps. Can i transfer that too?

My friend joined Wipro in mid of October 2022 and he got a better opportunity in a product based company. Now he wants to come out of the organisation. What is the probation period in Wipro for experienced employees? And in Wipro's offer letter we couldn't find terms related to Probation.
