Considering buying an apartment instead of renting as my parents are in the Middle east and gives greater control over living costs (landlords seem difficult?).

Anyone here owning an apartment in Marina? As Australians we are keen to have shops, cafes, gyms in walkable distance…any other areas apart from Marina that can offer this?

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing.
