I am a power BI developer & about to complete 1 year in an organization.I was having some carrier gap so i joined a company in less salary, but after my probation they have not raised my sal,which they have promised earlier. May i know how much salary can i expect ? Also shall i look for better opportunity ?

I teach a hybrid of face to face and virtual instruction and we have 1 hour and 10 minutes for whole group instruction. These are fifth graders. How would you use this time to maximize learning? What strategies/methods would you use for engagement and mastery?
