My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?

Seems like a decent watch. The description says it just came back from polishing, which seems weird to me given that there are some scratches on the lugs (ie, could mean the scratches were relatively big prior to polishing).
The case seems fine — not overly polished, but the lugs seem a bit shorter. Checkout an unpolished 14060m hqm had on their website for comparison, but Id guess that sold with a meaningful premium.
Crown guards seem to have retained a decent shape, though I would ask for pictures looking from the lugs towards them to see if they are really still good.
One general advice when checking out 14060s — there are different dial variations that, although theoretically small, make a big difference in my opinion. In particular, the shape of the “S” in Submariner.
I like more the flat S versions which are quite common on the 14060m.

There are safe guards when buying from Chrono24, ie you can exam the watch before authorizing Chrono24 to release the funds from an escrow acct to the seller. I haven’t had any issues so far.
You may want to check out Capetown Diamond for some early-2000 16610s. They have a few on their site in the 8s. If you call, work with Errol - he’s the most patient of the bunch. I’ve done a few transactions with them over the last year.

If the screen pics didn’t steer me wrong then I’m pretty sure that’s HQMilton. Super reputable but usually on the slighter higher side. Jacek at tropicalwatch.com left there recently and was always super great to work with too. You can find no date subs everywhere so I would certainly shop around for something with b+p if that matters to you.
