I am a SM in Big4 and suddenly feeling imposter syndrome. I have never been the most confident person still was always able to manage. But now something feels different. I am under confident, I am always anxious before calls with leadership and client. I don't even think I'm a good manager anymore, l am an empath, usually kind to my team but still something feels wrong. I was planning to go for promotion, now I think don't even deserve where I’m rn.

Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... They have not mentioned about the JB they mentioned over call.. whom can i speak about these queries.. also does Infosys called back employes to office how the joining process would be??.. TIA...
