Someone asked “What do creatives want from strategists, what does a great brief consist of?”

Rosie said to keep it dead simple and that actually, a smart insight, can throw a creative and the process and that it’s better to just have a simple one.

Has anyone had experience with rescinding a written job offer from an external company? Did the rescinded company ever contact your current company or am I just overthinking the possibilities if I do rescind the outside offer and decide to stay w my current constant?

Any suggestions on how to continue helping a new employee in our dept when they do not take notes? I am always willing to help, but it is becoming frustrating to constantly go over the same thing. I have expressed that because our dept does so many things that it is good to take notes over the things we are going over. When our MGR was out of town I spent a large amount of time being patient and helping her all throughout the day. It is now taking time from the task that I need to work on.
