“It turns out that wealth does trickle down, you just have to make them bleed first”

I guess they didn’t like bleeding so they’re trying to manipulate the markets in their favor AGAIN.

Hi all… I’ve been working for a bit and have just been pocketing all extra savings - I’ve accumulated roughly 50k which I’m super proud of and grateful for. i don’t have any investments yet, but I heard selling puts is a great way to make passive income. any advice on this and suggestions on what to do with maybe 30k out of the 50k??

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. For the new lease, I'm still pending full approval from a condo association as I have to do an in person interview. I have paid first months rent in advance. Is there anyway to get that money back?
