I am beginning to find a job in the USA. I have a masters degree from India and about 1.5 years experience in tech sales. Is there anyone who has done this and can give me a first hand experience of what it entails?

I was offered a position IC4 in OCI managed services last month May 2022 and even BGV was in progress. Now I am hearing that there is freeze while approval is in progress. Anyone have any idea ? How long it will go ? Is the offer still valid?

I cry often these past months and I just feel exhausted mentally. What should I do ? I considered talking to a therapist because I don’t think my friends or family can do anything about it.

- 185k base with 0.08% equity
- 180k base with 0.09% equity
- 175k base with 0.10% equity

1. Which offer would you take?

15+ years experience in Forensic Accounting. What would be considered fair pay in the NYC area? Average yearly Billings was 2,500, however recently took over the building out of systems, training younger staff, more marketing in a set region; basically more non billable work.

*My primary goal is to earn more.*
If masters I have to do in US or UK, so GRE, GMAT.
If for learning and tech experience I can learn tech stacks.
But I am confused between this.
